After an order is handed to the delivery carrier, the order cannot be canceled.  If there are questions about cancelling an order, please contact us.

2. RETURNS

As Wa-gokoro USA offers perishable goods (food), delivered items cannot be returned.  If there is any issue with your delivered item(s), please contact us at contact@wagokorousa.com.
